Oottupura
The all day dining restaurant at Surya Samudra, Kovalam. Set in a tile-roofed airy verandah Oottupura affords you a breathtaking view of the ocean waves as you linger over a delicious meal. The cuisine is a delectable mix of culinary delights from across the world and the best of local delicacies.

Kanal
When the sun goes down, the coals begin to glow at Kanal, our grill, perched on a bluff promontory that springs out from the Cliffside. As the fishing boats begin twinkling in the distance, and the ocean breeze gets cooler, the coal starts crackling to serve up a succulent selection of barbecued and grilled seafood, meat and vegetables. The catch of the day, fresh from the sea, is specially recommended and you can have it marinated in your choice of spices too. |

Madira
Our sea facing bar is a magnificent place to lean back and breathe in the cool ocean scented air. A nip in the glass to match the nip in the air, the waves lazily washing the shore below you, and a lonely cloud drifting across the star spangled sky. It’s a heady feeling for sure that our bartender’s can enhance with his recommendation from our select list of Beer and Wines. |
